Java resources node in web project is contributed by WTP.
There is inconsistent behavior when you one source folder as compared with  multiple folder that it does not display that source folder as child of "Java Resource".  

Having no child prevents action such as drag and drop of files from explorer to the source folder.

Fix

The fix is simply to make behavior consistent with multiple source folder case.

approved - this simplifies and makes consistent the source folder behavior
