When using the BIRT Tag library (ParameterPage) with a custom web app and specifying the baseURL to point to a deployed WebViewer and the report uses cascaded parameters.  I get the error
The service is not initialized!  See the attached screen shot.  Also attached is the jsp and report design used when the problem occurs.  If I copy the attached jsp to WebViewer it works, but if I make a copy of the WebViewer app and try reference the first WebViewer with the second WebViewer using the baseURL parameeter the page displays but after selecting the first level of the cascade I get a viewer session expired error.
