If "source repository" is set to "/gitroot/..." project_summary.php thinks it's a SVN repository [0].

I've updated project_summary.php to account for git repositories. This change is now live.

I have also updated the portal to provide some helpful information for Git; that will manifest next time the portal is pushed out.
