I've noticed that whenever I touch a run configuration, the list of selected plug-ins (selected_target_plugins and selected_workspace_plugins) appears to be reshuffled randomly. This makes it hard to track changes across
versions, or e.g. compare run configurations across platforms. Perhaps the list of plug-ins could be stored sorted by ID, as they are shown in the UI?
