Hi,

Initial choice of naming for java composition extension for xmi and for the fragments folder was not clear enough

The proposed patch modifies the following
_javaapp.xmi => _java2kdm.xmi
folder : xmiFragmentsJavaApp => to java2kdmFragments

(a) I, Nicolas Guyomar, wrote 100% of the code of the contribution
(b) I have the right to contribute the code to Eclipse
(c) I want to contribute this code under EPL

The patch is less than 250 lines -> no CQ.
The patch has been committed into SVN.
