The default configuration for the Risk Management Lifecycle practice contains references to plug-ins not available with EPF such as core.mgmt.common.extend-ibm

The EPF 1.5.1 library is configuration free, thus we don't need the Risk Value Lifecycle default configuration anymore - it's been deleted prior to the release. That said, this Bugzilla entry becomes invalid.
