At the moment, marquee tool only selects editparts that are fully contained within the marquee selection area i.e. editparts that only intersect this area are not included. While users may find this quite intuitive within the context of one program such as UML tools, they may find such behavior very odd and unintuitive in other applications.

I'm suggesting to provide another behavior such as "BEHAVIOR_NODES_TOUCHED" that will select all contained and intersecting nodes.

This new behavior already exists for connections which makes me wonder why it hasn't been included for nodes.

Reproducible: Always
