The file ... has changed on the remote system since it was opened.

Whenever I save a file that has not been saved for a couple minutes I always get the above message. This has been happening for about a week now. I upgraded everything that was available (even uninstalled and reinstalled what was required,) just to make sure. 

I am using the 64 bit version of:
