Finish JUnit tests for PTP to at least cover MPI, OpenMP artifacts and barrier analysis (now that barrier analysis works again -- see 306064)

also MPI, OpenMP artifact identification for Fortran

Also be sure it notices and informs user when testing files are missing (esp. for header files which are not checked in as part of the testing project due to copyrights)
