Attempts to import projects from an Apache powered Subversion repository running Subversion 1.6.5 on our local network fail with a 503 "Service unavailable". The same repository can be accessed without problems from both the standard Subversion command line client and a Galileo SR1 32 bit based Subversive 0.7.8.I20090904-1300 installation running the JavaHL 1.6.0 native client. The network connection provider is set to Native in both Eclipse installations.

The issue seems like not related to Subversive.
So, I have reposted it at SVN Kit tracker:
