When I right-click on a file, folder, or project in the PHP Explorer view, then choose "Commit..." from the "Team" submenu,  the appropriate resources are selected and shown in the "Commit" dialog box.  However, while the editor is active with a file from my project (which I've edited and saved in my workspace), if I click the commit toolbar button or press the commit hotkey (control-option-C) nothing appears in the dialog box.  I would really like this to work from within the editor, especially with the hotkey.
