Need to support copy and paste of Attributes/Methods/Literals

Need to do this from the Explorer, from an editor, and from a diagram.

I don't think this will be a widely used feature.  If you still needed, please let me know and I'll schedule it in an iteration.

Done. Standard copy/paste actions are used in navigator. New actions were added for artifact editor and diagram. For artifact editor, action is in popup menu on appropriate table. For diagram, action is in popup menu for selected element on diagram.
