Refactor -> Encapsulate field:

Action adds getter and setter method depends how many times is clicked on preview button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new field in class
2. Alt + Shift + T (Refactor)
3. Encapsulate Field
4. Press Preview> button more than once
5. Press OK
6. Multiple getter and setter methods should be added in class
