Cannot install BPEL plugin.

Getting the following error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: BPEL Visual Designer 0.5.0.v20100916-2135-H27-CI (org.eclipse.bpel.feature.feature.group 0.5.0.v20100916-2135-H27-CI)
  Missing requirement: BPEL Editor (Incubation) 0.5.0.v20100916-2135-H27-CI (org.eclipse.bpel.ui 0.5.0.v20100916-2135-H27-CI) requires 'bundle org.eclipse.ui.console 3.5.0' but it could not be found
  Cannot satisfy dependency:

This doesn't appear to be a bug with p2. You have Eclipse 3.5 but the plug-in you're trying to install wants 3.6.
