Action:

1. Go to preferences/plugin dev/target platform
2. Add a new target platform
3. Press Add and select Software Site
4. Enter http://build.ecf-project.org/repo/N-HEAD-sdk.feature/ as p2 repo
5. Select all non-source features, Uncheck Group by.. and include required software 

Press Finish

Only 8 plugins are now part of the target platform.

The p2 repo generation has been changed to use strict version ranges again which works around the limitations in the target platform editor.
