The New WSDL Wizard can generate a WSDL document skeleton using either the SOAP or HTTP binding. The WSDL model also provides support for the MIME binding. The New WSDL Wizard should be enhanced to provide an option to generate a skeleton WSDL document that uses the MIME binding.
