The console "content description" is missing in e4 - i.e. the description that appears below the view toolbar. The console uses this area to display a description for each console - for example "Java Stack Trace Console", or the name of the process assocaited with the console and whether the process is terminated.

The API used in 3.x is:

org.eclipse.ui.part.ViewPart.setContentDescription(String)

Not sure if there is a replacement in e4.
