Since restart feature hasn't been implemented by PTP debugger, we should disable the popup menu (right click on thread), instead of popping up an error message.

I'm not sure which popup you are referring to as I don't see any "Restart" menu. I see the following:

- Terminate
- Terminate and relaunch
- Relaunch
- Terminate and Remove
- Terminate/Disconnect All

It's a little confusing to have all these, in particular I think the last one is really meant for embedded systems. However I don't see an easy way to disable it from the menu.

The other actions really only make sense at the job level, not for individual processes/threads. I believe that is the way they currently operate, though I see some problems on head (in particular, the debugger does not seem to exit properly when using these) that need to be addressed.
