The interface org.eclipse.xtext.ui.editor.outline.actions.IContentOutlineNodeAdapterFactory is deprecated, which leads to deprecation of org.eclipse.b3.ui.outline.BeeLangOutlineNodeAdapterFactory (which has a minimalistic implementation) stands on deprecated ground.
