Downloaded template file

I've downloaded a number of the OpenUP document templates, like the one found here: http://epf.eclipse.org/wikis/openup/core.tech.common.extend_supp/guidances/templates/resources/uc_specification_tpl.dot

I'm unable to open these in OpenOffice 3.2 or MS Word 2010.

I've now confirmed that these also don't open in Word 2007 (running on Windows XP). I've also tried opening the with Word 2003 Portable with no luck. Are these MS Word Document Templates or am I misreading that file extension...

These are Word dot files. We will have to investigate what is causing the problem. It might be related to discussion on bug# 147945.

Added correct files to CVS, now in binary format (instead of ASCII)

I have fixed the library in CVS and posted it for download in the EPF website. I have not update the EPF Wiki with the new published sites - that's where you are still seeing the issues.
Reassigning this bugzilla to Onno to take care of the wiki.

changed the component to EPFWiki.

Latest version is deployed in the Wiki so this is issue is resolved. I checked the links. For me, using Windows 7 Office 2007, they are working again.
