The sash widget currently offers no visual clue for the ability to resize. A hover effect would be nice here, I guess.

Added ":hover" state to Sash. background-image and background-color added to Sash element too. Background gradient is not supported for now due to bug 330823. Default, business and fancy themes now have a hover background color set.
