Creating a new Java project on another drive than the C:\ creates a flawed project. Many files in the Project->Properties are unreadable by the UI and the project in the configuration is empty.

Creating the project on the C:\ works fine however. This issue can be a problem for people running distinct Application and Data drives, as the usual Application drive is the C:\ and has limited space and privileges.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Eclipse on Windows Vista, with a workspace on the E:\ drive.
2. Create a new Java project.
3. Add a class and a configuration.
4. Try to run the configuration.

This bug no longer occurs on my end. I do not know what I did to make it work again.

I suggest to mark this bug as "closed - could not duplicate".
