We currently have:

Git 
 Configuration
 History
 Label Decorations
 Remote Connections
 Repository Change Scanner
 Window Cache

I propose we move to:
Git
 Configuration
 Label Decorations
 Window Cache

We move what's in History, Remote Connections and Repository Change Scanner into the root "Git" preference page. We'd do this via Groups. It should look cleaner.

Thoughts?

I have already a change open that adds a field to the Git main page, so perhaps this should be merged first:
