Open Last Build  (default double click action)
Plan >
  Open with Browser
  Copy Details
Last Build >
  Open with Browser
* Fix gray background for summary controls
* Remove summary section header
* Make plan hyperlinked
* Add History button to tool bar
* Show flat list of failed tests
* Open console with scroll lock enabled
* Show build number in editor title
* Remove output section

* -Open console with scroll lock enabled-: Did not make that change since the setting is global for view and not per console.
* -Fix gray background for summary controls-
* -Remove summary section header-
* Make plan hyperlinked: Tracked on bug 324364.
* -Add History button to tool bar-
* Show flat list of failed tests: tracked on bug 321191
