The AcceleoBuilder and its children AcceleoCompileOperation are not honoring cancel requests in a timely fashion. We should explore the possibility of checking monitor.isCancelled() more often than once in the whole build process.

The builder will now react to cancel requests at the end of its current file, whatever the number of remaining files.
