Description Wayne Beaton CLA 2010-09-29 15:00:34 EDT
The following actions need to take place to terminate and archive Blinki:

*  Archive website: /dsdp/blinki
* Delete empty CVS: /cvsroot/dsdp/org.eclipse.blinki
* Delete empty downloads directory: /downloads/blinki
* Archive newsgroup/forum: eclipse.blinki
* Archive mailing list: blinki-dev
* Archive Bugzilla Product: DSDP/Blinki
* Archive IPZilla Product: dsdp/dsdp.blinki
* Revoke Committer status on this project for:
      o Rosario Aguilar
      o Greg Amerson
      o Jens Eckels
      o Wayne Parrott
      o Todd Williams
* Mark project as inactive in Foundation Database
Comment 1 Sharon Corbett CLA 2010-10-04 10:56:06 EDT
There are no "valid" CQs in Ipzilla for Blinki... As such, they have not been marked as "obsolete".

Webmaster, please script the necessary changes in the DB to reflect each person associated with the project as "deactivated".

Also, the following committers have no further access to an Eclipse project, and therefore, their committers accounts will need to be deleted:

gamerson
jeckels
raguilar
wparrot

Thanks,
Sharon
Comment 2 Eclipse Webmaster CLA 2010-10-13 15:11:26 EDT
I've created the archive(http://archive.eclipse.org/dsdp/arch/blinki.tgz) and have
pointed the projects web page at the archived projects list.

The closeout postings have been made to the mailing list, and newsgroup.

Bugs have been moved to z_archived and assigned to 'nobody'

The project is now marked as inactive.
