target attribute is a valid attribute for html5 web page and the message should not be shown as obsolete

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a html5 web page
2. Enter a link with a target set to open in a new page, like: < a href="http:www.A.com"; target="_blank" >A.com< /a >
