ModelUtils.load performs a getResource() for the user model but neglects to

a) check modelResource.getErrors() for any direct problems
--- e.g a SAXException for content in prolog when loading an Xtext resource without a regiustered factory

b) check resourceSet.getResources().getErrors() for indirect problems such as remote proxy issues

Perhaps Acceleo should do a resolveAll to provoke early proxy error detection.
