The XDCtools integration plugin filters the list of platforms presented to the user. In this case IPC 1.22.00.06-eng depended on a platform shipped with XDCtools
3.20.05.69-eng. When XDCtools 3.20.04.68 was selected the filtering code encountered a non-existent catalog module and returned an empty list.
The filtering should proceed even though it detects an error and also provide a meaningful message in the error log view to indicate why a particular platform is not showing up in the combo box.

Fixed in xdceclipse-g35/h03.
The filtering goes ahead even though there are errors. Warning messages in the eclipse error log show the problems encountered.

verify pass.  I installed 3.20.05.74 and over-installed a catalog package that is missing the TI816x part.  Platform list works now.  And I get useful info in the Error log.
