Build Identifier: 

An empty src  folder is not exported in a ZIP file, therefore it causes java build path problems while it is imported back.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a Java project.
2.Export it as zip file.
3.The, try to import it back, and the markers view will show you a Java Build Path problems regarding that the src folder is required and it is missing.
