This should have been deleted by bug 325572 but we need to check that it does not appear in RC1 or later.

Although the JAR has been removed from Gemini Web, it appears still to be a transitive dependency of Virgo Web Server, possibly via Catalina. So I have added an override in the Web Server ivy files to prevent the dependency being downloaded and included in the Web Server zip.

Reduce importance to "normal" as it is no longer relevant to consider this one a blocker. It was set to blocker as a temporary convenience but draws too much attention in the release notes.
