After downloading eclipse Helios RC1 (3.6.1) I am unable to install subversive through the market place. Everything works fine in 3.6.0. I have the same problem. After installing "Subversive SVN Team Provider" Version 0.7.9.I20100512-1900 and restarting the automatic connector discovery comes up. For me the problem disappears when using the newer Subversive Version here: http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/update-site/
In order to avoid installation issues please use "Early Access" sites for both: main plug-in and connectors now. The reason why it fails for Helios repository is explained here: http://www.eclipse.org/subversive/downloads.php#faq
I tried today to install SVN connector. I used http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/update-site/ as it was mentioned earlier and "Early Access", but the problem still exists.
Those two URLs should be used in pair: http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/update-site/ http://community.polarion.com/projects/subversive/download/eclipse/2.0/update-site/
