Shutdown variant of bug 325791.

1. Open a file.
2. Make changes to it.
3. Drag the editor outside to a view's stack.
4. Switch perspectives.
5. Shutdown.
6. Eclipse closes _without_ prompting you about your changes.

Fixed in CVS HEAD.

Verified that I get a prompt now on Windows XP with I20101025-1602.
