Build Identifier: 2.1.0.M02-incubation

build.xml has default target build-doc, while it is no longer available.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to build-documentation
2. execute ant (without tasks)

RC1 is planned instead of milestone 5.
