When creating a role using the new role wizard, it is currently not
possible to bind it to the enclosing team.

This should be possible since bug 318815

Changing the diagnostic from error to warning was trivial.
The only tricky part was to tell the type selection dialog ("Browse..")
that types with warnings are actually acceptable.
