hi,
in order to move EEF builds from download.eclipse.org to archive.eclipse.org; i need to be granted to do so :) 

actually i need to put my stuf in archive.eclipse.org/modeling/emft/eef/downloads/drops

I have created modeling/emft/eef and have given it the same permissions as its counterpart on download.eclipse.org.  Thanks for doing some housekeeping.
