Build Identifier: Build to be added for cbi-emf-query2-0.7

In earlier version of hudson has the build for emf-query2. The job name was:
https://build.eclipse.org/hudson/view/Athena%20CBI/job/cbi-emf-query2-0.7/

Currently in new hudson, this job is missing.
This fix for this bug will be to add that job in hudson

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/view/Athena%20CBI/ There is no job for query2

I checked https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/ . There is no job for query2.
