During WTP 3.2 development, the ArchiveName for VirtualComponents was reduced down to just the last segment of the full path and name.  However, similar changes were never made to (nor intended to be made to) the ArchiveName in WTP 3.0.5.  Some of those changes accidentally slipped into EarVirtualComponent, and thus need to be backed out.
