Run the help test D2
With the scope set to "tk" search for "searchable" (without the quotes).

Expected result: there are several search hits
Actual result: No search hits and an NPE:

java.lang.NullPointerException
	at org.eclipse.help.internal.base.scope.FilterScope.inScope(FilterScope.java:37)
