store run configurations depending on project folder - without the name in the .launch file.

this would allow cloning (with e.g. git) of a project for doing a fix e.g. to a different name, and the run configuration contents does not change.

this would allow checking in the eclipse configuration into git. including a .launches folder in .project.

Please add some more information/details to this request. It's not clear to me what is being requested, or what is not currently supported.

Launch configurations can be stored in the workspace in projects and shared in a repository currently.
