Steps to reproduce:
* Fill a Tree with some content
* Manually resize the Tree to make horizontal scroll bar visible
* Scroll down
* Restore the original size of the Tree to make the scrollbar disappear
-> Scroll position is not updated, first TreeItems are hidden

It's reproducible with horizontal scrollbar and Control Demo -> Tree too:
1. Start Controls Demo -> Tree
2. Scroll to the right
3. Resize the tree "frame" to make the horizontal scrollbar to disappear.
-> Scroll position is not updated, first TreeColumns are hidden

Commited patch with some additions to CVS HEAD.

The changs where needed to sync the new scrollbar-position with the server.
