Build Identifier: 

The option, which is declared in XML as:

<setting id="org.eclipse.cdt.core.formatter.insert_new_line_before_identifier_in_function_declaration" value="insert"/>

is not available in formatting options. Expected: "Control statements" tab -> "General" group -> "Insert new line before identifier in function declaration"
