I tried to configure the git debug trace, but instead of a dialog a NPE was presented.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Eclipse
2. COMMAND+3
3. Open "Configure Git Debug Trace"

The .options file is missing from the binary build.
