We're working on a respin of our 4.1 M2 and the build fails quickly:

e4Build@build:/shared/eclipse/e4> ssh -l pwebster dev.eclipse.org
ssh: connect to host dev.eclipse.org port 22: Connection timed out

The build server had locked itself out.  I've removed the block; should work now.
