The issue is found while executing tests for Pseudo translation on RTC Eclipse Client. What is found is that the Problem Tab is not shown pseudo translated. Whereas all other tab's ( work Items, Tag Cloud, Search, Team Advisor, Builds, Change Explorer) are shown pseudo translated. 

There' a snapshot attached that will highlight the issue

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the latest RTC server build (Build # : RTC-I20100819-1938 ) with psudo translation checked
2. Install the latest RTC client build (Build # : RTC-I20100819-1938 ) with psudo translation checked
3. Login into the client
4. One will find the problem tab not shown translated. ( Refer to the attachment  )

The view title is translated (and works in eclipse SDK).  You need to confirm the property is set correctly in your pseudo translations.
