Build Identifier: 20100617-1415 I've got one Ubuntu server, say Z, that has Samba installed, and one share, web, which stores its files at /web. If I try and create a PHP Project at Existing location \\Z\web, it doesn't give me an error when I finish the New Project Wizard, but it doesn't detect any files already in the root of the share, and if I refresh I get the following error: "The location for the project xyz (\\Z\web) has been deleted. Delete xyz from the workspace?" even though I know that I can still access \\Z\web. Also, if I right click on the project, and open the Resource properties, under Location, it says "\\Z\web - (does not exist)". Authentication is required to log into \\Z\web, but I've also tested with a public share, and that has the same problem. I've also tested creating the project in a sub-folder of the share, and it works fine and manages to find any existing files. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set up a samba share 2. Create Project at Existing location which is the root of the share
I forgot to say that the machine I'm running Eclipse on is a Windows 7 machine.
