provide a cache coordination example

this is something users always struggle with configurig correctly, and example running in a WLS cluster (or other app servers) would be really useful

ideally both RMI and JMS

I have this working in an automated fashion for a WLS cluster for JMS,
working on RMI now, will check in soon,
