Eclipse process in JConsole or JVisualVM is displayed with empty name.

BTW, Tomcat is displayed with "Tomcat icon" and the "Tomcat" name.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Eclipse with -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote
2. Start [JDK]/bin/jconsole.exe -or- [JDK]/bin/jvisualvm.exe

Observed:
The Eclipse process is connected with empty name in JConsole or JVisualVM.

Expected:
The Eclipse process is connected with name "Eclipse v..." with Eclipse icon.

Please attach a picture of the screen you are looking at.

When I bring up jconsole it offers me a connect dialog, nothing actually connected.

Looks like there is no way to communicate with submitter
