Description Beth Tibbitts CLA 2010-09-16 10:42:05 EDT
New remote project
Remote Tools. existing connection (probably doesn't matter)
choose a remote directory that exists with source.
Hit Finish.
Since i had already used this before it gives me the dialog
"Title: Old project will be overridden...Existing project settings will be overridden....OK to override?"
I say OK

But I can't FINISH the dialog.
Every time i hit FINISH it gives me the same dialog.

I think this might be breakage introduced by my patch to remove the service configuration page. This used to work ok.
Comment 2 Greg Watson CLA 2010-09-16 10:54:09 EDT
Actually, no, it works ok for me.

Do you have another remote project in your workspace that is using the same remote directory?
Comment 3 Beth Tibbitts CLA 2010-09-16 13:08:08 EDT
I probably did have another project that used the same directory, yes. I kept re-doing it trying to get new screen shots.

So if that was it, there needs to be an exit strategy and/or tell me that's the problem
(I did at one point see something that warned about overlapping an existing project, but
then didn't see it any more).
Comment 4 Greg Watson CLA 2010-09-16 15:35:50 EDT
In that case, I'd say it's the same problem as bug 325287. Closing as duplicate.
