Build Identifier: 

For polymorphic main templates inside a single module, only the first one will generate files.
I had to give a different naming for each template to have all templates being used for the generation.

Reproducible: Always

The problem has been fixed on HEAD. It will be available in Acceleo 3.1.0 RC1
Additionally, if we can't find a main template to launch the generation on the given model an error will be logged.
